Fantasia Furs currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All domestic orders are processed and shipped via trusted U.S. carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.
We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories, PO boxes, or international destinations.
Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Final shipping costs will be displayed during checkout prior to payment. Any applicable handling or packaging fees will also be included in the total.
All sales made through Fantasia Furs are final and non-refundable. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
Exchanges may be considered only at the sole discretion of the owner. Customers must contact us within seven (7) days of purchase to request an exchange review if there is a defect or issue with the order. Approval is not guaranteed.
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately so we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Fantasia Furs is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once an order has been shipped, but we will do our best to help you resolve any issues directly with the carrier.
All disputes, including credit card transaction disputes, must be submitted to Fantasia Furs within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Any disputes beyond this timeframe will not be considered.
