All purchases made through Fantasia Furs are final and non-refundable. Once an order has been processed, we do notoffer returns, refunds, or cancellations for any reason. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Exchanges may be considered only at the sole discretion of the owner.
If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, you must contact us within seven (7) days of your purchase to request an exchange review. Approval of an exchange is not guaranteed and will depend on the specific circumstances of the order.
All disputes, including but not limited to credit card transaction disputes, must be submitted to us within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Any disputes submitted after this timeframe will not be considered.
