All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Fantasia Furs are final and non-refundable. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered only at the sole discretion of the owner. If you believe you are eligible for an exchange due to a defect or issue with your order, you must contact us within seven (7) days of purchase to request an exchange review. Approval is not guaranteed.

 

Dispute Resolution

All disputes, including but not limited to credit card transaction disputes, must be submitted to us within seven (7) daysof the purchase date. Any disputes beyond this timeframe will not be considered.
